I placed an order for the "birthday bash" flowers for my daughter's 40th birthday this morning to be delivered by 3:00 p.m. at a local business where my daughter had plans to visit. I called the flower store shortly after opening to confirm that they received my order and I was assisted by Marjory. She confirmed my order and said she would personally be delivering the bouquet of flowers. The flowers were delivered on time and they turned out beautifully! Marjory went as far as singing "happy birthday" to my daughter who was absolutely surprised and honored. My daughter loves her beautiful flowers. Thank you Margory for going above and beyond for my daughter's birthday celebration and making it extra special for her. I will certainly be doing business with Betty's Flower Shop in the future.

This review reflects a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects worth mentioning. It seems that service at this location can be inconsistent based on various reviews, and my own experience aligns with that observation. I called 20 minutes ahead to place an order, informing them that I would be arriving soon for pickup. The staff member I spoke with mentioned that they wouldn’t be able to start the order for 10 to 15 minutes, which I understood. I even drove slower than planned to give them more time, expecting my order to be ready or close to finished by the time I arrived. However, when I reached the store after more than 20 minutes, the person responsible for preparing the arrangements seemed completely unaware of my order. Despite my advance call, the order had not been started. The younger employee at the front had to explain my request to the person preparing the flowers, leading to confusion and a language barrier, requiring me to clarify the order multiple times. What should have been a quick pickup turned into another 15 to 20 minutes of waiting while they took phone calls and worked slowly to complete my order. In terms of pricing, I found it to be on the higher side. I paid $80 for 8 roses, which is more expensive than the typical market rate of around $88.88 for a dozen. However, it’s important to note that the quality of the flowers and the final arrangement was exceptional. On the positive side, both employees were incredibly kind and welcoming, with positive energy that created a friendly atmosphere. The shop itself was well-maintained, and the arrangement I received was beautifully crafted. The older woman who put together the flowers did a remarkable job, going above and beyond with attention to detail. The roses were wrapped with care, accented with baby’s breath, and lightly sprayed with water and glitter, giving them a stunning, sparkling effect. ### Pros: 1. The staff were very friendly and warm. 2. The shop was clean and inviting. 3. The floral arrangement was exceptional—some of the best I’ve seen. ### Cons: 1. Communication could be improved, especially when customers call ahead and indicate they are in a rush. There was no clear indication that the order wouldn't be started in time, which led to unnecessary delays. 2. Prices are on the higher side. While the quality is excellent, the value for quantity may feel slightly unbalanced. ### Final Thoughts: Despite the service hiccup, I would return, especially for the quality of the flowers. Hopefully, next time, with better communication, the experience will be smoother. If the quality remains as high as this time, I’m willing to pay the premium.

Unfortunately I live out of state, but I found this flower shop to be close to my parents house. This is the third time I ordered flowers and my parents (especially my Mom) is always happy and tells me the arrangements are beautiful! Their customer service is great too! Thank you and I will continue to order from here.

The flowers received by my sister were gorgeous! I ordered the premium and they were beautiful. Thank you so much! It made her whole day! I will definitely use again.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would!! First off let’s start with the customer service! I ordered a DELUXE arraignment from the shop yesterday and I needed it delivered by 5 pm. The person called me and said I cannot deliver that time because we close the shop at 5 pm. I said no problem, can you please deliver it as close to 5 as possible? She said no, I can only do it at 4! I made sure someone was home to receive the flowers, no big deal. Well let’s fast forward to 4 pm. I ordered a specific arrangement, paid the $125 for the flowers and added a balloon for $5 plus the shipping fee of $15 no big deal, I figured it’s the deluxe arrangement, and it will be beautiful. So the flowers arrive, my father FaceTimes me so I can see that they arrived for my mom as a surprise for her birthday. DISAPPOINTED is not even the word to describe what we got. It looks like the person went to the market, grabbed a bunch of flowers, put it in a vase, and added ribbon to it! For sure it was NOT worth $125! Then I look at the card that we added with a simple message. It looked like my kindergartner wrote it! I get that not everyone has good handwriting, I don’t either but if I am providing a service to someone, I make sure it is perfect (typed would have been sufficient). When I tried contacting the flower shop, they did not immediately get back to me. When they did, they said that I did not pay for the $125 deluxe version of flowers, and that the arrangement I got was sufficient enough and beautiful enough. The lady kept saying that they are a small business and she doesn’t know what I expect from them being a small business. LET ME TELL YOU, if you own a small business, I EXPECT the best services to be provided so that I do not go to the big box chain companies, and I would refer all my family and friends to use you as their go to shop! I am thoroughly disappointed in how this business runs and their lack of customer service. I have attached photos for reference of what is on the website, and what I actually got!
