Update: 2/17/26 I recieved the flowers today from Rachelle with a heart felt apology letter explaining what had happen. They were beautiful. I appreciate the personal response to this and can appreciate the effort she puts towards her customers. My perception of her business is definitely positive for me and I cam respect what she is doing. Thank you Rachelle for making it right. First message: 2/14/26 I ordered flowers on the 9th. A dozen roses delivered on the 14th. Charged a delivering fee and tipped ahead of time. Never recieved them. I got a confirmation of payment and delivery date but nothing was ever delivered. I called several times to check in afternoon. Messaged the phone a few time later that afternoon as well and even sent an email to the company email on her website. No response what so ever. Whats worse is I called her on the 9th and she confirmed that "if I put my order in now she would squeeze me in" Again I ordered on the 9th and her website says she sold out on the 12th. First and last time ill buy from there. Now im trying to figure out how to get a refund. It almost feels like a scam. Maybe I was just not a big enough order I don't know but she ghosted me after purchase. I should have done better research.

I had a fantastic experience with this florist. From the moment I called, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The delivery was right on time, and most importantly, the flowers were absolutely beautiful. My wife and daughter were so happy when they received them their reaction said it all.
