i am so appreciative of Katie ! i called from Massachusetts to have flowers delivered same day in Reno. she asked if i could hold briefly as the truck was about to leave, and she came back and told me that she would fit my order that day on the truck ! i was so grateful for her amazing customer service, and i am extremely thankful ! most businesses would just say “no, unfortunately you missed the cutoff” but she made it a point to fit me in ! thank you so much, Katie, it really means a lot. will absolutely be a returning customer- with more notice next time ! ;). editing as i have now seen the arrangement and i am in AWE ! Katie, you are truly an artist !!

I order a bouquet of yellow roses to be delivered same day. I was so happy they were delivered extremely quick. I was a little worried because I am in a different state but everything worked out beautifully. The flowers were exactly a depicted on their website. Thank you Bumblebee Blooms!

Ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my sister for her new baby girl. Input all the information I wanted on the card with no issues. Paid and when then invoice was sent, I noticed TWO names were missing. I immediately sent an email, as they were already closed for the night, with the correct names. No response. I called to check (I’m out of state) and they were already out for delivery with the incorrect information. The lady who spoke to me was nice but apparently the email goes to the owner and “she wasn’t in today”. So my sister got a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a card half filled out. So disappointing.

I can't say enough good things about Bumblebee Blooms Flower Boutique in Reno! I needed a last-minute Valentine's Day delivery for my daughter in her dorm room, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. I gave them a budget and requested a mix of roses, daisies, and chocolates. Not only did they deliver on Valentine's Day, but the flowers were absolutely stunning! My daughter called me around 2 PM, so happy and excited about the beautiful arrangement. Even though I don’t live in Reno, Bumblebee Blooms has officially become my go-to florist in the area. Their service, quality, and willingness to accommodate last-minute requests are unmatched. Highly recommend!

I had a family member getting married in a few days and learned that she did not have a bridal bouquet. I asked the bride, had she purchased flowers, what would they have been. She showed me a photo....with 2 days to go, I visited this shop. Katie looked at the photo, and assured me that I had nothing to worry about, she would take good care of this need. Katie is a miracle worker! The bride had a floral headpiece and the absolutely gorgeous bouquet that she made, matched it perfectly! Katie is amazing and helped me surprise my loved one with the perfect flowers for her wedding. Katie, you will own a piece of my heart forever, for helping me make that dream come true!
