I was very disappointed with my recent order. The arrangement did not reflect what I requested and appeared to be a random mix of flowers that did not coordinate well together in color, texture, or overall design. The final product lacked cohesion and intentionality. As someone who is a florist myself, I understand the challenges that can come with substitutions and availability. However, this arrangement did not meet basic design standards or the expectations set for an order at this price point. For over $50, I expected a thoughtfully curated, balanced arrangement that reflected the original request. Unfortunately, this did not feel worth the cost, and I hope the shop takes more care in aligning future orders with customer specifications and overall design quality; as I have been a loyal and returning customer along with my family who are local. Thank you!
Twigs is one of the warmest and friendlies stores I've ever dealt with. As a son who is separated by his Mom by 3,000 miles the staff at Twigs as always assisted me on putting something together special for her for every occasion. I've been using them for several years and they always put a big smile on my Mom's face. So thank you to everyone at Twigs you're the very best.

I purchased a $75 red rose arrangement from Twigs a couple of weeks ago. I have never seen fresh roses last as long as they did - about a week and a half. Usually when you buy roses at a florist you get them home and they are gone in days, but not the case with Twigs. I certainly recommend Tracey for your floral needs.
I ordered a bouquet for my mom. I just asked for as many different flowers as they could do and boy did they! My mom loves it and is looking forward to all the buds that haven't opened yet! And there is so much to look at. Great job!
