CVS Pharmacy

This store is a miserable place to deal with. They do not prioritize their customers even when they make mistakes. They do not care about your time and some, but not all, of the pharmacy staff have attitudes. It seems to be an issue with CVS in general, as I have had issues with other locations as well, though not to the extent I have had here. It is sad that Rite Aid is gone now. They were a joy to deal with in comparison to the way CVS treats their customers. I have been forced to use CVS the past few years due to my current health insurance. I cringe every time I have to go to CVS.

This pharmacy is always a problem. The problem starts with the awful website that is always full of bugs. Usually the staff is nice if they have to be brought into the situation. The woman at the window today never cracked a smile and looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but at CVS. She had not been briefed about the incorrectly filled prescription and had to obtain permission to give me the refund I had already negotiated by phone the day before. CVS needs to hire more people to work at the Bedford NH pharmacy and they need to be trained on customer service.

I enjoy their automated pharmacy system. I feel as though our local pharmacy have a lot going on right now and appreciate their efficiency

CVS is shocking arrogant. You have instituted a policy to delay filling prescriptions with zero knowledge of the condition being treated or having seen the patient. You think you know more than then surgeon. In my case CVS delayed filling Tramadol for 2 weeks. I had a right knee total replacement followed 3.5 months later with a left knee total replacement and manipulation under full anesthesia. This is a class 4 controlled substance, being used well within the state guidelines. You not dispensing it is preventing Physical Therapy, causing scar tissue to form and loss of mobility.

I arrived at 4:55pm, to pick up two RX's that you have been sending text notices on. I was not able to get here any sooner. One of RX's was incorrect. I advised them. Cashier told me that they would look into it tomorrow and I could come back then. I am working out of town. So unable to pick up until later on. I asked was there a manager or regional person I could talk with. The answer was the pharmacist. He was rude and said it is 4:57 and they cannot do it. He stated the girls have been there all day since 8AM and if I was I would want to leave. He said under his breath something about me waiting until last minute. I replied I could not get here sooner or I would. He said the girls are not paid for work after 5. I stated I can see you are grouchy at end of day and not interested in customer service.\n\nSo first of all I would hope you make arrangements for I customers whom need last minute help and pay your employees accordingly.\n\nSecondly, maybe your pharmacist needs customer service training. He could have explained it nicely with an apology of not being able to do it. A little empathy goes a long way.\n\nMaybe since it is open enrollment time, I will spend time researching other options.
