Great service. We got a 50% off clearance prices sale and wow did we save. With the sale we saved over $1500. Yes we spent like $800 on and entire new wardrobe for the whole family but well worth it. The service leaders were really helpful and great. They both had good personalities which helped in passing the time as it did take forever to cash out but only because we got SO much. The employees were great.

Kohl’s offers a wide variety of clothing, home goods, and more, often with great sales and rewards. The store is generally clean and organized, and the staff is helpful. It can get busy during peak hours, but overall it’s a convenient and reliable shopping spot.

Nice clothes but expensive if you ask me. Even with the deals and coupons.

Here at 1015AM on a Saturday. They have one 80 year old on the checkout. Waited in line for 15 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. What a joke.

There were only 2 workers on a busy Saturday and they still gave amazing customer service today! They were very helpful to another customer who had no idea what they were doing and they ended up being in the wrong location, the customer was very apologetic and appreciative of the time they spent. They both reassured the customer that is what they are there for and they are more than happy to help! It was very refreshing! I had a few issues as well (as in…can I just check inside the box to make sure it’s the correct item before I purchase…can you let me know the price on this please) both were very helpful. This is my primary store for skin and hair care and I don’t think I have ever seen it look so good as well as stocked shelves! I made it appoint to let them know it looks great in there!
