Absolutely the worst possible pharmacy to use. Employees tell you several different things. Depending on who you talk to, they call you with information that then turns out not to be truthful when medication is extremely important for the patients that are prescribed it in the manner in which the doctor prescribed it. A pharmacy should take better measures to make sure they refill the script because it could make a difference whether or not the patient ends up back in the hospital until they get it back in or not. Absolutely the worst!
Nice staff, ran like a well oiled machine and took care of my need for a quick turn around to pick up the prescription. On time just like the called to tell me it would. Great service. Gentleman working the register was very sweet and had phenomenal customer service. Had a smile on his face with each customer and answered everyone's question knowledgeably and if he didn't know, he got someone who did and didn't just guess. Great job!

Customer service at the Loudon Rd pharmacy counter needs an overhaul desperately. Not helpful or nice. They actually have an attitude when waiting on a customer for Rx's. I know, I am there often because of my health issues. I work in retail also and I am above nice and courteous and respectful!! Your pharmacy team should try the same.
We had to go back three times they said it would be done in half an hour then came back two more times to finally. When we ask the woman why did it take two days, she replied we are busy.
