The Paper Store

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at this location of The Paper Store last week. We were assisted by the assistant manager (I’m so sorry we didn’t catch his name!), and he was genuinely outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us with the engraving of two Owala bottles we purchased, taking extra time and care to make sure everything was just right. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out, and it was clear that he cared about making our experience a great one. Customer service like this is rare, and it absolutely made our day. We left the store smiling and feeling so appreciative of the effort he put in to help us. We will definitely be back and hope this location knows what a fantastic team member they have!

I was looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend and this very nice woman named Denise helped out with getting a beautiful gold bee necklace my girlfriend and I buy a lot of stuff from the concord nh store she said she had only been there for 3 weeks but she should be the manager there she was very knowledgeable and very polite and very professional thank you paper store for having people like Denise that are so kind and smart

The best Paper Store in the area. It's a huge store and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

I Hate going to the CONCORD NEW HAMPSHIRE PAPER STORE Every time I ALWAYS Come out of there Crying There so rude to me. I think it's because I when there one time and I felt one of the lady's were following me I spend a lot of money in that store. so I told her if she was doing her job She wouldn't be watching me. She would make sure ALL the Items had price tags on them. She said she was doing her job. Then I said if the people that work here would stop socializing so loud with each other and keep their personal stuff quiet. now when I go in it's NOT GOOD AT ALL I LEAVE CRYING. I thought to myself as I was reading this it doesn't even matter because The response is always the same where sorry and nothing ever gets done As I'm Writing this right now I'm crying And thinking about the Rochester store an how much different the Sales people are at that store compared to the Concord store. And this is not the first time either IT'S ALL THE TIME I GO IN.

The staff were so nice and went above and beyond to help me with something that I was trying to find for my brother. Little did they know that he is a special with exactly and this was a special gift that I needed to get him. They also took off a good discount because I was a Hallmark customer and just because they were nice. I would recommend everyone shop there just due to customer service alone.
