Walmart Supercenter

This is a pretty good location and I have found several items at a better price than other places around town. The Grandma's secret spot remover shown in the picture is the same price as a tiny bottle in different places. There is not a very good organic selection but I tend to shop at The Co-op or farmers market for the best produce.

Asked an employee at the loudon rd concord location for help finding someone or a manager to help me in the paint section and she mocked me and was extremely rude, said she would not help, was sarcastic and acted like I was stupid because the paint needed to be mixed for me…? Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. I asked kindly and could not believe the ugly response. Zero stars if I could.

Super friendly greeter when I went. This location should remove the "e-receipt only" option from the self-checkout if employees are expecting to check your items against a receipt upon exiting the store, though. Other than that, lots of variety and found (nearly) everything I needed.

I work in customer service and I treat others the way I'd want to be treated and most of the Walmart employees were very rude when asked about an item and its availability. Walmart needs to do a better job with updating their item's availability. It also doesn't matter if you go to a register with a human or self checkout with 3 or more employees watching you and helping with the self scan but they stop you and ask to see a receipt. I know people have sticky fingers but there's other ways to go about theft. I would rather spend a few extra bucks to shop where there is actual inventory and I'm not getting harassed when leaving.

An employee at the doors who checks your receipt is very rude and disrespectful. She has fun speaking to people (especially spark drivers) in a belittling tone, and explains their jobs to them after claiming shes "never seen them". She seemed to be on some serious power trip, I understand doing your job but there isnt a need to speak to people I a rude and belittling tone. And mind you I have seen this women before, and she has spoken to me the same way in the past.
