If I could still use Hannafords without being charged $760 for my prescription, I would. They are friendly, helpful, and actually answer their phones. CVS uses a horrible AI for their phone lines, and instead of keeping the pharmacy workers connected, sends you to voicemail if the AI cant help you. This is unhelpful and a waste of everyone's time.
The people at the CVS drive-thru most of them will have a smile on their face but other than that the rest of them seem like they hate their jobs the CVS people that work there should be smiling at all times and not frowning moping or anything you should be happy you have a job and also serving the community if it gets to be too hectic and you can't stand it anymore to know what give a smile still to the people at the window don't give them the attitude that you all have just because your day is not going well does it mean to pass it on and make other people feel like a piece of crap everyone out here has feelings CVS the people at your window should be greeting us with a smile and asking how your day is going and then after they're done given the person their medication and everything else in that there paperwork is all signed in the transaction went through if it's a debit card or credit card even if it's just cash the person there should be saying have a great day at the end of the transaction to each person that comes to that drive through window
Good communication for prescriptions via SMS text messages. Drive thru is pretty quick to.
Use the pharmacy mostly which the staff is excellent. But the store has good inventory and can find just about everything you need .
Walgreens and rite-aid are going out of business so we won't have much of a choice. As far as pharmacy's go, they are adequate but I feel that all pharmacy's have too much power over our medicine such as whether we can fill it on the day our doctor calls it in, I been told I had to wait til it is exactly 30 days. It can be so frustrating. I have panic attacks and I have been so bad but they won't allow me 1 day in advance even though the doctor okays it. It's BS.
