Excellent experience! I highly recommend The Flower Room. At 3:30 pm on the Friday of Labor Day Weekend, I called another florist and they didn’t want my business, despite still being open until 5 pm. I then proceeded to call The Flower Room. The woman who answered the phone was actually happy I called, versus being irritated for the interruption. Not only did she take my order, she asked questions to help determine the right size bouquet AND asked if my friend had any pets so she would ensure not to include toxic plants. Wow. Then, she went even further- totally above and beyond- she asked if I wanted it delivered today. Yes! That really made the difference. Within 45 minutes, my sick friend received her beautiful flowers. She texted this picture.
Rebecca was amazing to work with and instantly made me feel comfortable. She worked with my budget and was extremely attentive to detail. Her work is absolutely stunning and exceeding my expectations!!!! I would 1000% recommend The Flower Room for any floral needs.
We used The Flower Room for our wedding and Rebecca absolutely nailed it. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. She was so easy to work with and happy to make changes when I decided I didn’t want specific flowers anymore. After the wedding I returned some of the vases back to the shop which they then provide a credit to the local nursing home so they can get flowers! Overall amazing experience and highly recommend Rebecca and The Flower Room!
