My goodness what a wonderful experience! I ordered flowers on behalf of a group of us for our special friend who is undergoing Chemotherapy. Nicole listened to my request which included incorporating a special birthday decoration and our card with a gift card inside the card. I wasn’t sure about what flowers to order but knew that we wanted something bright, cheerful. Nicole got it spot on. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. I and wasn’t sure of the best delivery date because of the chemotherapy treatment schedule and did have to make a last minute delivery date change which they did so easily and willingly. Before delivery Nicole texted me a picture of the arrangement so that I could send it to all the contributors. When they tried to deliver the recipient wasn’t home. Rather than leave the flowers on the porch unattended, Nicole texted me to see if I could confirm when the recipient would be home. Once I could confirm the time, the flowers were delivered within the hour! The best service ever. Everyone at the shop was kind , respectful and truly interested in this a beautiful experience for our dear friend.
