Shaw's

Love it. The kids at night are great. I never have to wait in line. Convenient and affordable. There is one thing but it's not to do with Shaw's has to do with the malls security person. So they close at 9:00 but they have a security guard that comes in about 20 minutes early every night. She locks the front door of the mall if you're parked out front you got to walk all the way around because the doors are locked early. I respect not showing up to a store when you're going to close but if you still have 20 minutes to be open I don't want to feel rushed considering I don't have time to get here earlier trust me I would. I'm lucky to be able to get up there by 8:30 and that's where I do my grocery shopping. Actually here now and I just went through that exact situation. it's really frustrating but what can you do. Thanks

Unfortunately had to spend the day at work so I ordered some flowers for the love of my life for Valentines day. Was absolutely devasted when getting home and seeing them first hand.

Do not buy your groceries here. I’ve noticed multiple times while shopping that the “sale” price does not ring up at the register. I confronted the manager today who said it was a problem with the app. The sale was a store sale, not an app sale. I’ve noticed this multiple times of overcharging and it’s either thievery or false advertising. This isn’t a single item. This has been multiple items across the entire store. Marked down but sold at regular price. Unless you want to keep tabs on what every item you buy is then take it up with the manager then don’t shop here. Awful way to conduct business.

Received wrong order I brought it back got my order that less then half was in there. Request for reimbursement was denided they said they would do it on their end. Not everything was reimbursed and I have called already know twice about it? USE to shop here alll the time after this I will not

My experience is I was searching for my lady who was gone over an hour she was only going to buy aluminum foil for a cooking fire so I Google searched where's my phone it showed my phone at Shaw's 47 minutes ago that means dead battery I called Andrea at customer service at Shaw's told her my story and she said would you mind waiting on hold cuz I have to find out if it's okay for me to do this in today's day and age with lots of bad people out there me not being one of them I say you do whatever you can do I appreciate that you're trying I understand what you're doing she pulled me on hold 10 seconds later phone gets back on Andrea telling me she had someone for me she didn't have to pay her my lady was at the self checkout heard her asking someone what to do in inquired to who's on the phone with her was it a guy named Scott Andrea thanks a lot I appreciate you being there I appreciate your candidness I hope you have a great rest of your weekend Shaw's has a great employee in you you're at the right job unless you want to be a doctor then you're working your way there anyways five stars this experience was a miracle
