The folks at Hanover CVS Pharmacy are extremely hard working and make a super team. I appreciate all the help they give when I come in - they answer my questions and help me out with any medications I might need. We are very lucky to have them in our area. Thank you for the great work you guys do and a shout out to Carol, Kevin, Rand and Will, who bend over backwards to help you out; you guys are hardworking.and amazing.
My CVS Pharmacy has just replaced human clerks with a poorly designed touch screen kiosk. The angle of the screen was not adjustable (I am taller than average) and the on-screen keyboard appeared to be mis-aligned; only the top left quarter responded to a touch. If my CVS app had not required re-authentication (Face ID was not adequate), it might have been smoother. Will I get a lower co-pay? No. Will Medicare or my health insurance get a better price? Probably not. Will I look for a different pharmacy provider? Absolutely.
I had a great experience at this CVS! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making it easy to get assistance with an item I wanted to purchase. The store is well-organized and looks fantastic. Overall, a smooth and welcoming visit with no complaints.

The people working the pharmacy were just blatantly rude. I understand it's crazy but to be rude to a customer trying to pick up their prescription is wild. None of them wanted to help because it created more work for them. This is about peoples medicine which help people to live so rude customer service is just unacceptable. I will gladly drive out of the way to some other pharmacy to have our prescriptions filled.
