Walmart Supercenter

So last night I ordered a small tv for the house to turn spring training baseball on. My platinum card gives me Walmart+ so I utilize the delivery service. I setup a delivery for a tv to the house and thought nothing of it. Once the tv left their store it was instantly marked delivered, obviously I figured it was an error messaged the driver and he was upstanding, brought it right to us. He could have easily taken it with zero recourse because for him the delivery showed completed on his app. Also I failed to mention that I setup a pin that needed to be entered to complete the delivery. When customer serviced was questioned on this, with multiple calls recorded, I was brushed aside and told they would address the fact that 200 dollars could easily be stolen without an answer. For those wishing to use Walmart+ I would advise against because even with a pin they do not care nor do they feel like it’s worth investigating further. I was brushed aside with a 25 dollar coupon and canceled my service immediately finding a local delivery for far less yearly. Any questions or concerns I am happy to work with on DM’s.

Sadly I know this review won't make a difference because management clearly doesn't care, but I'm still going to complain. With the online order pick up, why does Walmart have a cut off time, if even after 4 hours they still haven't shopped your order? I've been sitting in the parking lot now for an hour due to my order still being picked. Currently waiting on 9 items at time of this review. I was told "the store is really busy and we're short staffed" First of all, when isn't this store short staffed? And secondly, why accept orders for certain time frames if the store knows they won't get it satisfied in time? Having shopped at this location for a long time, and also working here very briefly, it all comes down to management. Not once did I ever get the impression that this location cares about their staff or customers, yet management never changes and nothing gets resolved. I can't even take it out on the staff because I know how little they get paid, and when the boss doesn't care, why would the underpaid staff?! Absolutely ridiculous

Walmart stores are some of the worst for stores in existence. Sometimes, its a necessary evil. I despise going there. Prices absolutely stink! Many places are often less expensive than Walmart. Lines are too long. They really need to go back to having all of their cashier's open at all of the registers with human cashier's and 24/7 hours like it was before the pandemic. The pandemic is over. Go back to life and business the way that it was.

Old bats 'working' self checkout will interrupt what you're doing and then accuse you of stealing for no reason. Find something better to do than harass paying customers.

Walmart scammed me out of $1,000+ and couldn’t care less. Marked “delivered” item vanished; agent approved full refund in chat—never processed. Reorder? Vanished too. Six failed support attempts (3 calls, 3 chats), formal corporate letter, Arkansas AG complaint—all completely ignored for months. This is not customer service; it’s theft by inaction. Fraudulent, dishonest company. Boycott Walmart online—go anywhere else.
