CVS Pharmacy

It's a very clean store considering how much traffic there is there. But even with all the customers that were shopping and checking out, I didn't have to wait in line for more than a few seconds. The cashiers seem to be very efficient. Impressive.

The staff at the CVS pharmacy in Keene are courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I moved to the area but had never changed my address and when I went in for a vaccine the staff member easily updated all my information and I quickly received my vaccine.

Love the store coupons and the rewards. The employees are always pleasant and friendly, very helpful as well.

I've been a long time customer of this location. I did transfer to another pharmacy. This transfer came with a round trip of 4hrs but my medications were always in stock. I'm not sure what's going on at this CVS but the pharmacy is so busy. Employees remain friendly & kind along with knowledgeable pharmacists. Every month 1 or 2 of my medications are on order or I can't fill one until 1-2 days after previous refill date. I can't say if that's the insurance or the pharmacy but at the other pharmacy I filled 2 days early every month. Again staff remain amazing & I hope customers are showing the same courtesy. My most recent visit to CVS in December 2025 to pick up my pharmacy order resulted in identifying a medication I was not familiar with upon reaching home I contacted the pharmacy only to discover I was not my prescription. Yes I had received somebody else's medication and my order now is CVS did handle it very professionally. The pharmacist that assisted me when I was returning the medication was absolutely amazing and this was my first encounter with this pharmacist. He was very knowledgeable and was able to inform me of what may follow this incident such as a phone call from Medicare. He was able to review whether my insurance was built or not and absolute asset to the staff at the CVS Pharmacy although it is shocking to think that an error such as this was made and I know we are all human there are just some errors that really should not be acceptable what if this occurred in the individual simply read the directions on the bottle thinking a medication if there's a change and they started taking a prescription that wasn't actually prescribed for them if you really think about this there could have been some severe consequences along with which class of medication was this prescription.

The pharmacy is well staffed. The line moves quickly even when it's long.
