We live in Arizona and wanted to show our appreciation to my husbands aunt. Finding a locally owned florist 3K miles away is a challenge. Thanks to all the positive reviews I found for Prescott's I ordered from them via the website on 9/15. First pic is from their website and what I ordered. Second pic is what she received today 9/16. I am living abroad so sending flowers for special occasions is my way to show love. Every year I buy a large bouquet from this florist for my aunt and uncle for Christmas, usually spending around $150 — $200. The flowers are always beautiful and long lasting, and I’ve never had a problem until now. The only request I make when placing my order is that the company call ahead to ensure that someone will be home to receive the bouquet. You can imagine my surprise when I received a call this morning from my uncle letting me know that he and my aunt are away for Christmas and the neighbors called to tell him that they noticed the flowers left sitting by a door. He told the neighbors to take the flowers home and enjoy them so they wouldn’t go to waste. So I spent $150 to send flowers that a neighbor will be enjoying because this company couldn’t be bothered to make a simple call that would have led to my bouquet being delivered at a later date. Very disappointing.
Ordered flowers for my mother’s retirement and needed them delivered by 10am. The flowers arrived on time and they were gorgeous! When I ordered, I specified I wanted lots of greenery for a lush natural look, and they understood exactly what I was going for. Thanks!
