Co-op: Floral Shop

The floral associate *sorry forgot her name* did an amazing job. Highly recommend them! Delivered on time and such a perfect arrangement! Thank you!!

I recently ordered a "large" bouquet for my daughter who is a travel nurse in NH. I was very specific as to what I wanted the arrangement to be. I asked for lots and lots of bright colorful flowers. I really wanted this to be a "happy uplifting" arrangement for her. What she got was a small-med size dull arrangement of a few flowers and leaves. I was not happy and did call to speak with someone, had to leave a message. I did receive a call back and the only thing they offered was to go take the flowers back and bring her a new one. I did not want them to go "take" the flowers she recvd because she was having a bad/sad day and this would have only made it worse. I sent via text a picture of the flowers and the response was "oh yea I see what you mean"!! I was not asking for a refund of the $90 I spent on these flowers but maybe just a small new bouquet with the color I asked for as a courtesy or an offer of something to make it right. All I got was that everyone always loves their flowers and they don't get complaints like this. There is always a first time for a complaint, we are human and everyone has a bad day even a Florist. Would not recommend or order from here again, only because of the lack of willingness to accept they made a mistake and to make it right.

So grateful for the floral shop at the Co-op. I called hoping to get an arrangement delivered same day to a family of a loved one who is passing at the Jack Byrne Center. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and accommodating to my request. I told her what I wanted to spend and said just make something beautiful. Within an hour the arrangement was made up and delivered to the family. It’s is certainly beautiful and massive. The photo does not do it justice. I highly, highly recommend ordering from there.

Ann put together the most beautiful arrangement for my sister’s party. She also went above and beyond to help find string for balloons. I highly recommend you see her for any floral needs!

Recently a very dear friend of mine passed away. I clicked on the Legacy link to select a floral arrangement. I called the 800 number because I didn't receive order updates. I was told they wouldn't be sending my flowers. "The arrangement isn't available. " Devastated, the wake being in 3 hours, and I am not familiar with the area, I wasn't sure who to contact. So I called the Co-Op Floral Shop. I explained what had happened, their deliveries had been done for the day. I asked if ANYONE would please deliver an arrangement to the funeral home. The store manager was very kind and agreed to do this for me. I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!!! This was not their mess to clean up. Don't EVER order anything via Teleflorist. Thank You to the entire staff who assist in assuring I had flowers at the wake of my dear friend . The staff here is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
