Yesterday I had a very bad experience with BJ's, the truth, it was for the very first time, I'm a member for more them 7 years with BJ's and it never happened before. Anyhow, they came through and redeemed themselves in an amazing way. They really helped and tried their best to comfort me, they rewarded me and took care of the problem very professionally. Don't know the names exactly of the people that helped me, but I want to send a warm thank you guys, you really nailed it. Andy
My daughter and I went to BJ’s in Manchester New Hampshire today and we had five items And we had to wait quite a while just to get out because there was only one person checking bags and there were people with huge carts of food in front of us and we waited there in line for a good 10 minutes! Whoever the manager is in Manchester should be fired! I am disgusted with the service we got!
Specifically I am leaving this for the young man that does the tires, Joel. I had originally ordered the wrong tires, and he was over the top helpful. He didn’t make me feel stupid, and he made sure I was refunded my money easily at the customer service desk. A couple weeks later, he could’ve accommodated me sooner, he was again kind, thorough and all around a pleasant person. Hard working!! Something lacking in a lot of stores these days. I hope the company appreciates him. I would have tires replaced by him again in a second.
I bought a large piece of furniture on Sunday, December 21. I needed help getting it on a flatbed cart and getting it into my car. Aaron was incredibly helpful all the way through the transaction. He was very personable and very professional.
Second time getting my tires done here. Not time they were done before they said they would be. Guy was working alone and still was professional quick and courteous.
