Great experience at the watch department. Robert is awesome! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Went in for a repair / replacement and the service really exceeded my expectations, he went out of the way to be helpful and it really made my day and made me want to come back more. And I decided to get another watch!

Went here last week to purchase a perfume for my grandma.. I was looking for Estée Lauder Youth-Dew. I asked her if I can smell it, she then sprays it over 6 times on the sampler. Proceeds to say “It smells so strong. I don’t know why the old people love it so much” with a face. If it smells so strong, why did you spray it six times? 1-2 sprays would’ve done the job. It didn’t have to be her fav scent or anyone else’s, it’s the scent that my grandma likes. A group of workers were gathering around literally talking about how bad the perfume smells. When I noticed, I walked out. Why would I spend my money for MY grandma on a store where people are making fun of it? Working in retail and can’t even provide decent customer service, sad & disgusting. I bought the perfume at another Macys :) it was never about the money, I easily make double her salary! It was about respect!

I was very surprised to see very little Christmas decorations and no Santa. Not even one collecting donations 🤔. Extremely low stock on everything and some shelves were empty. Looked for almost 5 minutes for a salesperson and then was told that it wasn't their department so they couldn't tell me where I could find a specific scarft/ hat combo. I was extremely disappointed!

We brought my granddaughter here for her 14th birthday to buy her first makeup. Blossom was our sales associate, and she was fantastic! She took so much time explaining to my granddaughter what she needed to know. Thank you

I have avoided Macys at the Mall of NH for years. It has gotten worse and worse over time with racks jammed and piled up with clothing, stained rugs and no sales help. Recently, I was looking for a pair of nice lined pants and thought I’d give Macy's one more chance. WOW!!! It was immaculate, the floors were polished and so shiny, rugs cleaned and clothing was sized and neat as a pin. The home store upstairs, which was previously pile high with bath rugs, towels, comforters and all kinds of miscellaneous stuff, was perfectly folded and color coordinated. While checking out, I asked the associate if Macys had recently been sold because of such a great turnaround. He said that there was a new store manager, Charlie, who took over recently. All I can say is, the store looks beautiful. Thanks, Charlie, for bringing this Macys back to life!
