My mother received two bouquets for her birthday. The dealer's choice has amazing colors and smells wonderful. The classic red roses and carnations is also wonderful. The flowers are arranged perfectly. Service was very good. She also received fudge, it is tasty. Thank you for the lovely gifts.
Star was our hero for our wedding. She covered our arbor in beautiful flowers, in the rain, getting soaking wet, and the result was gorgeous. We couldn’t be happier with the work the Petal Patch did! Thank you so much!
Called to have a same day delivery on an arrangement, to be delivered 1 mile from the shop. We discussed the flowers I wanted, and she sends me a picture prior to delivering, which I appreciated. I was not pleased with the quality considering it cost $80. Lilies were already fading and past their prime, she forgot the alstroemeria, and the Italian ruscus looked tattered and haggard. I told her as much, and she added new lilies and more green filler, which I appreciated. Added the before and after pictures so you can see what $80 gets you at this shop. If I hadn't complained, the first arrangement would have been delivered. I guess I'm just used to more high end florist work here on the West Coast. 3 stars for prompt delivery though.
What a beautiful human with amazing charm and flowers. We are visiting and the owner welcomed us with open arms. Being a florist for 25 years, I could see how stunning and fresh her flowers were. Her cards and gifts were just the perfect touch to send and bring home. If your in Newport, stop by and support your local florist ❤️🌻
Very disappointed with the flowers and the customer service. I did get a partial refund but I will never do business with petal patch again. When i noticed the arrangement was not what was pictured i called and Donna said she did what she could with what she had-yet still charged full price. She then asked if I wanted her to go pick up the flowers from the person who just had a loss in the family. I told her no, I wasn't going to have her go pick them up from someone who was grieving. She asked what I wanted and I told her a refund. She was rude, never apologized and tried to imply I was stupid.
