I called this morning to order flowers for my mom’s birthday, and they went above and beyond. Since my mom has allergies, our only options were baby’s breath and roses, and they created a gorgeous bouquet with them. The price was great, delivery was fast, and it truly made her day so special. The person I spoke with on the phone was so kind and helpful, and my mom said the delivery person was just as wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely order again!

Got my anniversary flowers from my husband delivered today. Amazing That's all, I can say, they look simply amazing What a great job They did at Nicole's garden, unbelievable.. You could tell they took their time and put that together. All I can say is I will I continue on ordering stuff or have my husband order me stuff from there? Just wanna say thank you very much. I was disappointed in a recent arrangement that I purchased for a funeral. The flowers were all roses but the edges were brown on most of the roses. With the number of arrangements purchased by others I would have thought they would have offered me some amount for a future credit. I did purchase a gift certificate for someone else today. Also, the new renovations to the store are lovely.
Pretty happy with my experience with Nicole’s. Loved that I was able to do everything online. Ordered this arrangement early this morning before they were open. Immediately sent a confirmation message after my purchase, sent me a message with a photo of the arrangement after they put it together, sent another message with my receipt and confirmation that the flowers were delivered later that afternoon. Their electronic communication is fantastic and the fact that they send you a photo of your arrangement before it goes out is awesome! Never had a florist do that before and wish they all would. The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because of the delivery fee. It is almost double what I have paid for florists in CT, MI, VA, FL, TX. And I don’t think I’ve ever incurred a $6 service fee on top of a $17 delivery fee ever. Loved the flowers, communication but not sure I’ll use again because of the fees. * Photos are what their website offered and what was delivered.
