Broke a glass I received as a gift. Went in to try to find a replacement because I love it. This location did not have one, but the associate called other locations and tracked it down for me. I am beyond thrilled since my glass doesn't show up on the paper stores website. This associate truly went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! Will definitely be back, this associate is wonderful, I truly wish I knew her name. She truly deserves recognition!!!
I love the store and the employees were great. However, I found that most items were more on the pricey end. If you can afford to splurge then this place is for you. They have such a wide arrangement of items and of good quality.
I went in the other day…the sales women asked everyone in the store if they needed help except for me. I guess I wasn’t dressed as well as the other women shopping. (I ran in quickly for a gift.) They completely ignored me. That will be the LAST time I shop there.
I used to shop here religiously for cards and other gifts. I wanted a specific item advertised in their Christmas catalog. When I went into the store, they hadn't received it yet, so they put me on a list to call when it came in. I waited a week or so, and called to see if they had gotten the item. I got a wised mouthed clerk who said, " Have you heard of the world wide shipping container problems? I hung up on her, and am very discouraged and will jo.longer be giving them my business. They should train their staff better. Disgusted in Plaistow!
