I rarely review thrift stores anymore, since they're largely inconsistent, but I had to take a moment for this one-stop-shop! Sizeable electronics, office, and linens selection, clothing for all genders, and no separation of antique/vintage, retro, and new items on the floor. Labels included Frigidaire, Franco Santo, Chinese Laundry, and more at thrift store prices! You will encounter some frustrations with this store, as items are priced very inconsistently. (I saw two of the same coffee maker for different prices, and the damaged one was actually more expensive!) But the wins are worth it. Take your time, and find some treasure!
Even though I had multiple pieces of hard evidence proving an item this store was selling was resale price, the associate refused to honor the blatant scam under the pretense that because it's unopened automatically means it's worth the price. This is disregarding that they get everything free and that I've seen countless board games, toys, frames and appliances unopened. I've even seen clothing with the original tags there that wasn't a practical rip off.
Not a good experience! Not the store or managers fault. The fault is with corporate. Always is usually. Two baskets full and they could not renew my membership card, but have no offer to take its place yet. No warning. Ni signs about it just taken away and employees left to clean up the angry and confused customer mess while corporate pads its pockets again and hides at the corporate office. Marketing for Dummies! You never cancel a program until you are ready to roll out the new one. It’s just confusing and shows how little you respect your customers.
An extremely disagreeable individual, name tag "Paul," made donating goods at this store an uncomfortable experience. No respect, decency, or courtesy was shown by Paul to me in any way. I will never donate here again, nor will I ever shop here.
Store manager (southern accent) has a nasty attitude. Watched her berate an employee and tap on her badge and say, “you see that? It says STORE MANAGER. Ok? So you listen to me.” Very gross and disappointing.
