Brought to my attention that the front end manager is mean to his employees and one of them happens to be someone i know who is special needs and he's genuinely one of the best people i know and all I gotta say is I love MB for employing people with special needs it's a big reason I'II support them just not this location anymore either treat people with respect or I'll be in and you'll deal with me and ide who you are 'll treat you like gum on the bottom of my shoe and stomp you out you guys are the lowest of low for that and the most recent review came from an active duty member of the military where yall accused him of stealing and searched him in front of the stores customers with no respect I'll encourage anyone to stop going here and go to the new place before this one y'all need to do and be better people

I used to be a loyal customer, visiting this store daily. However, today’s experience was so disgraceful that I will never return. I came in during my Christmas leave from active duty military service, just to grab a sub and some water. As I picked up a jug of water, a manager immediately walked up to me and accused me of stealing—without any reason or evidence. They singled me out, called over several workers, and proceeded to make me empty my pockets , immediately searching my wallet where they all could see my military ID and my Military issued Camelbak (which, by the way, is just a water pouch backpack we use for Training—nothing more). The worst part? Despite clearly seeing I am active duty military, I was subjected to an embarrassing public search in the middle of the store in front of dozens of customers who were staring, and when they found nothing, there was no apology. My family even called the store afterward, hoping for a simple acknowledgment of how wrong this was. Instead, they were met with defensiveness and a refusal to offer any kind of apology. It’s truly shameful how this store treats its customers—especially those who serve in the military. A simple apology would have been enough, but this was handled in the most disrespectful way possible. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before supporting a business that has no respect for its customers or the military.

Had a fantastic experience. Line manager Dan went over and beyond for a lady in line having issues paying with a card. I haven't seen such a commitment to his customer like that in a long long time. Thank you Dan. Greatly appreciated. For this, Market Basket is strong.

This is an Old School Market Basket. I mostly go to a newer one closer to home. The older stores are kind of nostalgic. Not as much to choose from as this older store is smaller than the newer ones. Always well staffed with friendly staff.

I bought tuna from here and puked. The tuna was so fishy, it was bumble bee, a usually very very good tuna. It ruined things for me I won't buy tuna again because I was sick from one tiny bite for 20 mins. Can't believe this market basket would sell rotten tuna. ps my cat puked because I gave them the juice before I tried it.
