It's walmart, plenty of parking, great place to get any odds and ends, or complete your whole grocery shopping. They seem to provide absolutely everything. I needed to get small motor oil, a new HVAC filter, some at home drycleaning supplies and some specific foods I was not able to find at another grocery store. And walmart had it all plus some. Also love the phone app to be able to search for specific items and it tells you the exact aisle it is in, such a time saver.
I found a TV I liked, got on website, ordered it, said it would be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow came, and I got an email saying the order was cancelled. No explanation. That was my 1st time ordering from their website and will be the last time. I should have just ordered it from Amazon.
This location's delivery SUUUUUCCCCKKKKSSSSS so so so so bad. Except who I assume is the department manager Peter. The only reason for 2 stars. It is the only time the phone gets answered, he is lovely to speak to. Otherwise, the entire process is steaming garbage here. I don't know how other locations are so smooth, and such a mess here. My order is never correct, it's always extremely delayed, substitution choices are wild. Give Peter a proper team + more IT support from the company's end and I'm sure it will get sorted out. The system is ALWAYS a disaster. Unrelated to this location, but related to my delivery order, I called for 2 hours and nobody picked up. I also was chatting in app with customer service, due to (yet another) system error, they refused to reschedule my order and just kept delaying it throughout the night "looking for a driver". Horrible.
Same issue as always, never more than 1-2 checkouts open. All the employees seem to be congregated at the self checks to help customers. The rest of us have to wait in a long line. I no longer buy groceries there for that reason. The store did look nice and had plenty of product.
What can I say it's Walmart. It's better than my local one In Biddeford. They have a nice selection of fishing lures I can't get at mine. Everything seems to be stocked well and Clean. It's walmart it has its ups and downs.
