I don’t think I’ve ever posted a bad review until now. I ordered a bouquet for my mother on Valentine’s Day as a surprise. I paid a total of $182.96 for this bouquet and what I got was probably worth more like $50. I ordered as I was getting ready for work and left the house before it got delivered so I only got to see it after working until 12:30am. Wasn’t filled like the photo and almost every flower was wilted or nasty. Very disappointing especially for Valentine’s Day.
I trusted this business to deliver a gift for a birthday. When it had not been delivered by 4pm which seemed weird I called and they said it would be delivered 5-7. It was not delivered until after 8pm for a woman in her 90s for a birthday. Complete waste of money, it was left outside in the cold on a night when the temperature will be below freezing so the entire gift will be ruined. I wouldn’t bother using this location. Super disappointing.
Ordered an edible arrangement last week to celebrate my daughter's recent achievement. Please see the photo - what we ordered is on the left and what we received is on the right. We have tried to call to this location to discuss our concerns several times and no one answers the phone. Paid over $100 for this. I couldn't be more disappointed. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this location has let us down. I don't think we will be returning.

First, ordered for Saturday delivery received at 8:00 p.m.! Track order email was useless when "delivered" email received it had NOT yet been delivered. Paid for special personalized card but not received. People, get your act together, I will never use edible arrangements again!
