Kokee Flowers Salem

First time getting flowers from Kokee and I couldn't have been more pleased! Very fresh flowers and exquisite quality. I'd recommend for special occasions, online picture was very accurate to my order.

I ordered flowers for my wife on Tuesday June 19 at 11:55am for a requested delivery for June 20 at 10am if possible if not no problem on the time. The delivery day comes I worked a 12 hour shift hadntvtalked to my wife much all day and totally forgot about it. So at 6:41pm I make phone call to the shop I get a voicemail cause they are closed. Jasmine calls me back explains they forgot about it because they had a ton of graduations. So I say what now, jasmine said it would be out first thing in the morning and she will throw in a box of chocolates for the mess up. I said fine please just make sure it’s there in the morning. Yes yes it will be there I’m sorry she says. 11am on June 21 I ask my wife did anything come for you yet she’s no nothing. I call talk to some guy he says Jasmine has all the orders on her truck she’s out delivering should be there soon. I ask for an estimated time because my wife is in an out with the kids, he couldn’t give me an answer. I tell my wife hangout til 11:30 if nobody shows just go do what you need to do. Surprise surprise still no delivery at this point she has to leave. Then she comes home at 3:30pm to find flowers and chocolate just sitting on our stairs in sunny 75+degree weather. Needless to say I was a first time and last time customer. on top of all this when I first ordered, the site said if I ordered that day before a certain time it would be guaranteed delivered the same day. I doubt it! Good luck with your expansion into NH if this is how you do business.

Ordered roses for my wife for mothers day. Holiday came and went, no arrangement showed up. Called them, no answer, emailed them, no reply. Gave a few days, still no response. Got an email that they had confirmation payment. Still no flowers had shown up. Emailed them again, no reply from them. Called on tbe following monday, so its been about 8 days with out delivery or contact to let me know what happened. A lady answered and said "oh im sorry. We've had issues with our delivery service" then she asked if i still wanted them, i laughed and said what for next yrs mothers day. She told me sorry im nit dure i. An refund ur money, do u want a 40% discount or a credit. Never would i go back there, so i took the discount. If i coukd give negative stars i would, place is a joke

Called at 1pm on VDay about a delivery at 3 in the same town. Was told "yeah no problem". My friend left work at 310, no flowers. I called back, oh the driver sent them to the other store. Wait what? So I gave Yazman or Jasmine my friends address, told they would be there soon. Over an hour later and STILL no flowers. I called Jasmine back again and was told they didnt go.out, that she would deliver them herself. I asked for a delivery time and was hung up on.

My husband ordered flowers on Valentine's day. I know it's a busy day so I wasnt expecting the delivery to arrivea that day. Come 5pm, my husband called and they said they would give him a call back once they found out the location of the flowers. They never called. He called back at 8.30 this morning and they said they would be delivered in the morning and they would give him a discount for the delay. It's now moving in to the afternoon and still no flowers and my work is literally 5 mins down the road. My husband has been chasing up and calling and I do not believe that he should be the one trying to locate merchandise that he paid for. Not to mention, when he called this morning, they told him they did not even make the arrangement yesterday. I understand that it was Valentine's day but a call informing would be nice. If I ever get these flowers (which is not looking likely), I hope that they will at least be fresh, but I'm not holding my breath. Safe to say, we probably wont order from them again, just for the terrible lack of communication and the fact that it's taken them over a day and half to deliver a small arrangement minutes down the road.
