I had a great experience at Walmart yesterday. I purchased tires at an excellent price online and brought my car in for installation and balancing. Even though they were short-staffed, they completed the service with excellent attitude and within the expected one-hour timeframe, which I really appreciated. My car feels great to drive with the new tires—smooth and comfortable. The only downside is that Walmart doesn’t offer wheel alignment, but overall I’m very satisfied with the service and value.
I came here to get a custom birthday cake and they did not disappoint!! The women who did my cake was very sweet and did such a good job, didn’t catch her name but she was an older women overall great experience with her!!! ❤️❤️❤️ photo is what i asked for vs what i got! absolutely perfect!!😍
The most unprofessional, ignorant, rude people I’ve ever met in my life. I made an order THIS MORNING, for 8pm pickup. At 8pm they said it was delayed, then magically at 830 it was ready. I make my way down there, check in on the way, and after 20 minutes of being the only one there, I called the store. I got “we’re closed” and hung up. I tried to call back only to have the phone off the hook so I kept getting voicemail. You can pick up orders until 10pm. Then to find out, they don’t even have a manager close, just a “team lead”. The TL tried telling me they’re closed. They don’t even know what they’re talking about. He said he was going to talk to the manager who was “on lunch” at 10pm. What?! Anyways, he said I can go back there. At this point it’s been 45 minutes. I go back, they tried giving me the wrong order. Waited another 5ish minutes to call the store back, surprise, it rings again. All to get someone to say “is this Amanda?” Yes… “we’re bring it out right now” I left after another 5 mins. At that point I can only assume they were messing with my order so I left and canceled it.
Placed an order for 5 items to be picked up between 6-6:30 literally an entire day in advance because I know this Walmart is always slow. Here we are 2 hours later... And they do not offer you any meaningful solutions or effort to make things right. Lost a customer for good.
Tried pick-up, never again. I waited over 20 minutes and saw 2 cars receive service and another 2 cars leave without service. I did the same and cancelled my order. I could have shopped in store faster for a few items. Other stores like major grocery stores and Target do a much better job of pick up, I will stick with them.
