These people always hit the mark!! Any time I've got any arrangement of flowers it's beyond what I was expecting. I always put a note for the person I got the flowers for and it comes HAND WRITTEN! No typed out note. Written with care to pass my message along. I love that! No question I would recommend this lovely local company to anyone who wanted to get their loved ones a nice surprise for any occasion. If I could give a 10 out of 5 stars I would.
Ordered flowers for my sister in NH (I live in Mass). The company was so friendly and easy to speak to when I had a slight change in delivery time and the flowers were beautiful! Thank you for making her birthday special!
I've placed two orders in the last two months. The first order was not delivered on time, but rather two days later. The second order has not been delivered. I received a text message notifying me that they were out of stock and gave me options for delivery on a later date. I received this message 3:42pm on the expected delivery date. That kind of communication is unacceptable. Next I tried calling them, but have not been able to get past their ridiculous voice mail system. This is a service industry and their service is terrible. They also have a misleading pricing system. When you select flowers, they show you a price. When you check out, they add a $30 service fee. This is ironic considering that their service has been terrible. I don't like panning small businesses, but this is no way to run a business.
