Great and friendly staff!!!! Very busy and the isles are little small but it was awesome!!! My wife got threads to fix my sackcloth prayer hoodie!!! Also I found my pet dragon 🐉 Cinderella!!! He is awesome!!!
I dunno, Michaels has transformed into something quite different over the years. It's now more like Hobby Lobby, with a lot of ready-made decorations and similar items. Not a fan of that shift. They should focus on their core business - arts and crafts.
I drove 45 mins for these Christmas stamps I wanted for card making. I couldn't find them. The website said they had them in stock. I asked one of their workers. I didn't get his name but Im hoping he gets acknowledged for this. It was around 11:00 am today 11/26. He was a very friendly older gentleman that was working over in that department were the rubber stamps were. Anyway...He took the time out to look for me and took me to where they were. Im so grateful. Excellent customer service. That man deserves a raise. Thank you so much.
The dock is tricky, make sure you move the carts if you need to, it's going to be a 90 degree alley dock, doesn't look like it, but it's the easiest way in, get out and look multiple times, don't hit the pole. You don't need to be flush for them to unload you, the staff is great and understanding that the spot is difficult, but it can be done,
