Not going to shop here anymore. The roof is leaking on most of the produce. The big issue is they are just moving it around and still trying to sell it after the brown gross roof water leaking through the structure has dribbled all over it. If they do this for everyone to see what happens to the stuff we can’t. This place has gone downhill fast.

They have very friendly deli people, and that's really the most important people to be friendly in a supermarket. I almost never talk to the produce, bakery, or seafood counter people, but regularly need to speak to the deli. Cheerful and efficient is what I got at their deli. And there's the rest of the store, which is whatever.

Have to rate with a 1 star. Ordered a out $350 worth of platters for my father's memorial service. We paid in advance. Picked up the platters day of and were given a bright green piece of paper indicating we had paid. We even asked before leaving the deli counter if we needed any kind of receipt to show on our way out. We were told we were good to go. We left the store and as we were loading up the trays in our car a woman came out, presumably the manager, and said one of her store clerks said we had not paid. So we showed her our receipt and she apologized. You guys need a better system. I hsve never been so humiliated to be accused of not paying.

I took a chance and did an online order for grocery pick-up and was pleased with my decision. I know service is spotty in the woodsville area so I'm glad they have free wifi available to check in for pick-up. Online coupons are great and the employees who pick the orders always do a great job.

The most poorly run supermarket I've ever experienced. Never anyone for customer service, merchandise routinely mispriced. 3 or 4 of them take breaks at the same time. I waited for almost a half hour for customer service and watched the manager walk out the front door aware I was waiting. Just awful. I never received help. I left. They would do better if the store was better managed.
