Picked up first order today, glad I didn't have it delivered. $75 arrangement for my boss's wife, very sparse, spotty arrangement of cheap, slightly wilted flowers. Three roses accompanied by daisies and other cheap fillers. Stepped inside and expressed my displeasure. They offered to "spruce it up a bit". Said no thanks. Purchased flowers myself and made it look like a $75 arrangement.
My sister recommended this shop & she was right. always fresh flowers that last a long time. Great attention to detail. I went all out, my sister said "I out did myself" go all out it absolutely worth it. Very impressive. Thank you America's florist.
Do not order from this business. They are either a fraud, or out of business. They still operate their website and you can make purchases, but don’t expect any deliveries to actually happen. They will not pick up, answer voicemails, or respond to emails.
My best friend's father passed away unexpectedly and I wanted to send a flower arrangement for last minute delivery. I'm not from the area, so I found America's Florist through google maps. The delivery went through without a hitch and the recipient said it was beautiful. I'm very appreciative of this business for being able to handle a last minute order around the holidays!
Unless you are local, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I live in Virginia and placed an order Nov 8 for fresh flowers to be delivered Nov 21 to FL for an 80th birthday. I received an email acknowledging the order. But after that there were no further notifications. On the day of anticipated delivery I called the 800 number for customer service listed on the email and got a florist in Maryland! They had no idea why the 800 number had rolled to their business. They attempted to contact the business as well but were also unsuccessful.
