Branchburg Florist

I called for my 39th anniversary and wanted 39 red roses for each year married and one white rose for good luck for our 40th. Barbara was excellent over the phone and wanted to make sure she had enough fresh roses. I told her I was going to come after work to pick them up and she was willing to wait even after her closing time. The roses and presentation was spectacular! I will definitely use this florist again.

This place is awesome!!! Great communication and great product!! I called them and ordered my niece flowers to be delivered to her work- (I think her name was Barbara) - the kind lady I was spoke with was so nice and helpful- I told her my niece left work at 3 and if there is any way it could be delivered before then- she had them delivered by 10!!! My niece was so surprised!! The flowers are gorgeous!!! They definitely put time into making that arrangement!!! I will definitely use them again!!!! Thank you Branchburg Florist!!

I stopped in at Branchburg Florist for an arrangement for a loved one's funeral. I chose to go there due to the closeness to the funeral home and the positive reviews. However, I was treated very dismissively and with impatience by the florist. I'm giving two stars with hopes that she was simply busy and not being disrespectful to a grieving person trying to honor a loved one. I did tell her what I was hoping for but she didn't seem to want to assist me, telling me I was too late and she had nothing I wanted in stock. I could see for myself that the shop was in limited supply of flowers but I was willing to take suggestions and open to her thoughts. She wasn't prepared to compromise or work with me. I left disappointed and frankly, quite annoyed. The florist was not only dismissive but borderline rude. Thankfully, I found another florist who was very kind, considerate, compassionate, and patient. They had similar limitations due to supply and time constraints but they worked with me and arrangement they created was absolutely beautiful. They will be receiving five stars from me. Branchburg Florist needs to do better with customer service. At least in my opinion.

I usually don't leave negative reviews but this place is pretty awful. Poor selection of low quality flowers. The store is dated, refrigerators are rusty. Poor designs only fit for a funeral of unloved distant relatives. You can get much much better flowers at Wegmans for the 1/4 of the price. I'm surprised they are still in business tbh. Don't waste your time

Barbara was so accommodating, she gave such excellent insight. The flowers were gorgeous! Everyone commented at the viewing how beautiful they were. They were exceptional quality flowers. Barbara recommended that we take home the flowers from the sprays and make arrangements for ourselves. We did and we were able to enjoy them longer. We highly recommend The Branchburg Florist!
