Our family celebrated a special event at our home. We asked Parvins Mill for fall themed flowers, provided photos with color samples and received gorgeous arrangements! They were helpful from start to finish and meeting our needs.
Ordered an arrangement for my mother for mother's day. The arrangement itself was not entirely what was pictured & had some flowers falling off. The worst part was the lack of etiquette and customers service skills from the owner. I called to make sure the arrangement would be done in time for same day. Because the time online states they close at 1 PM on Saturdays. Instant snarky attitude & didn't improve during the duration of the call. Will be taking my business elsewhere
I stopped in to get a dozen roses on Dec. 15 for a birthday celebration. They made me a fresh bouquet on spot. The flowers lasted a good two weeks. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They will definitely be my florist of choice. Thank you for a pleasant and remarkable experience.
