I went a florist to purchase an arrangement for a loved one's funeral. Admittedly, I was late (the day before the funeral), but knowing this, I was more than willing to work with the florist to come up with something lovely to honor my lost family member. Unfortunately, I was met with impatience and rudeness. I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. I then called Gray's asking if they could accommodate me on short notice. They kindly encouraged me to come in. When I arrived the florist handed me books of arrangements to look through, sat me at a table so I could take my time, and worked with me so we could create something special. With the time limit and limited supplies, I was expecting something pretty but simple. What I received was beyond my hopes. The arrangement was beautiful and received so many compliments. Gray's Florist & Greenhouse, thank you for taking a frustrated, grieving person's last minute requests, and working magic. The arrangement was stunning and it honored my cousin well. In a time of tremendous heartbreak, Gray's staff was kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

We ordered flowers from Gray’s Florist online today through their website, for a family member who is recuperating. We are in a different state so not familiar with the establishment. Our family member called us and said they are the nicest flowers she has ever received and made her so happy. We asked for photos. So happy that they do indeed look gorgeous from the photos and are a generous amount of flowers! So often we place an order with a florist based on their online photo but end up disappointed by the end result, skimp on the amount of flowers in the arrangement, small and lacking in quality, not the case with Gray’s Florist, the arrangement is just perfect and full of fresh looking flowers!
