I ordered an arrangement for my daughter after her surgery. It was delivered promptly and such a beautiful array of various flowers. I was so surprised at the size at how large it was! So much care was taken while creating this, but after looking at the photo my daughter texted over, I noticed the balloon was fitting, as "Get Well", but the stick message in the flowers said, "Happy Birthday". I had written a card to put with it online and so surprised someone didn't notice it wasn't for a birthday? Other than that, very pleased with the floral arrangement!
My boyfriend ordered me a flower bouquet and a teddy bear that was supposed to be delivered on Valentine day but didn't show up so he requested his money back. Instead of honoring his request for a refund they called the next day and left a message saying that it would be delivered that day around 1:30 but it didn't show up till 6:30 and they still charged him full price!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! if ur order is important to u I highly suggest using a different company because it probably won't get there on time, or they wont honor ur request to cancel the order n wont do refunds even if they mess it up, or both like in my case smh.. very disappointed and it's very safe to say neither my boyfriend or i will never order from them again, I will most definitely be spreading the word so others don't either, n neither should u

I was blown away when the flowers arrived at the venue for our July 31st wedding! My and our daughters' bouquets and my husband's and our sons' boutonnieres were magnificent!
