They were incredibly meticulous and took the time to ensure every single detail was perfect. Erick and his team were so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. We used Cala’s for our wedding flowers, and they were truly the best in every possible way. From the very first meeting, they were warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely collaborative. They embraced my vision while offering thoughtful ideas, and I never once felt like a nuisance—even with all my emails and specific requests. They listened and they genuinely cared. I asked for a look that felt like 'simple elegance,' and they absolutely nailed it. Every floral detail was stunning—better than I even imagined. Every flower was fresh and perfect, and the eucalyptus I requested for greenery was so lush and beautiful—it brought everything to life. The day of the wedding, they went above and beyond—staying at the church to help with boutonnieres and even adjusting my veil before I walked down the aisle. They were calm, kind, and present in a way that made such a difference. I made a last-minute request to repurpose an extra centerpiece for the cake, and once again, they went above and beyond—never making me feel like a burden. If you’re considering Cala’s—do it. Cala's Boutique Floral is very nice place with professional service the people who work there they are very nice and professional, I order birthday bouquet with Tulips is challenging to do this because is not sezon for Tulips now, just Cala's pickup my order and did awesome and beautiful job this flower is fresh and this composition with Lilly is beautiful. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. The most thoughtful and caring gifts were given to our assisted living community this morning. 25 of the most beautiful bouquets were dropped off and donated to our residents. They were NOT little bouquets by any means, these were hardy, colorful (and heavy), wrapped with pretty, glittery Valentine's Day ribbons. Our residents were delighted, their faces just lit up upon receiving them. We can't thank Cala's enough for their kindness and generosity. You put a smile on so many faces this morning. I had a great experience with Cala’s Boutique. The ordering process was simple and easy online, and I received a notification once the flowers were delivered, which I really appreciated. I needed a sympathy arrangement delivered the same day for a wake, and they were able to provide fast, reliable same-day delivery.
