We have a 6ft. separation between customers in the store, curbside pickup is available if the customer prefers, as long as the order is placed in a timely manner. Masks are a must for instore sales, customers MUST have them on for access according to state law. Daily disinfecting is done on the counters, and doors, counters have hand sanitizers and disinfected pens for our instore customers' convenience. All employees wear masks during the sales, there is no hand contact. Our front counter has a plexiglass shield, and a friendly barrier to the refrigerator for safe social distance. We take great care and pride in our business, a customer may call us with safety questions, we are happy to answer. We want to sell flowers safely !
I ordered flowers from Entenmann's florist for my mother's funeral last week. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful, the flowers were delivered timely and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this florist and will be using this flower shop in the future. Thank you Entenmann's!
This florist was kind, caring & super helpful. The flowers exceeded expectations & were simply beautiful. They took care of 2 large orders for my family that suffered a loss of a family friend. They will be my preferred florist for the area from now on.
My husband was a walk-in customer and he received a beautifully arranged bouquet and vase. Will definitely be back for future orders!
LOL $170+ for this joke. So I understand there will be some substitution, however this is way beyond “substituting” this is reckless, careless, a complete disaster :) LOL. The vase has a wide neck, causing the flower scattered and look like a bunch weeds randomly stuck in a bottle. Then for $170+ these roses are not high quality. All roses in the store’s over-the-counter bouquet are fresh looking and well picked, and those bouquets worth $35-$55 LOL so am I paying for more to just get some random BS lower quality service? This is funny. This isn’t the first time I buy bouquet, but this is the first time I bought from this store, and this is the last time I buy from this store. None of the other store I been to had ever been this reckless and careless, they reassure if I would be okay with what they can offer(either with type of substitution or with the current bloom status of the flower), when I asked how long would these roses last, because it’s apparently that at least 1/3 of the roses is not fresh(black, wilted spots, dryness on the Patel, flower is distorted), and staff answered me “just to change the water every day.” Usually a bouquet should last at least a week, but this won’t, apparently. I know some buyer received quality service, and good for them. But this is not not acceptable to me. I’m not looking for any refund because frankly it won’t make me happy. I pay $170+ for a bouquet because I can afford it, but when I pay $170+ I expect the product I received to be worth $170+ and this is not worth it. I will not recommend this store to anyone else.
Just got off the phone with Kathy and she could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Received flowers from Entemann's that wilted a bit soon, and called to make it right and they did just that - they made it right, and made me feel so supported as a customer. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back and ordering from them in the future. Truly 10/10 customer experience
