Over priced, Horrib***DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL*** Almost $90 dollars for 11 roses that are wrapped with plastic and paper. After I paid I asked for a paper bag that I can secure the flower. Because I went there with my bike. But the answer form old lady who was in front of me was "Do you want to put the flowers in the bag? Don't you disrespect the roses." Well, congratulations, you showed your respect to your flowers, but you decided to disrespect the customer with an attitude. Thank you. le service.
Fresh flowers and on time delivery. Fall themed designer choice. UPDATE: flower died very quickly. Some flowers were damaged on arrival. The delivery driver essentially demanded a tip and I couldn’t say no. Felt extremely awkward, will never use this place again. Much better options in jersey city.
I was EXTREMELY disappointed with their customer service. The family was referred here from Watson Mortuary for our Fathers funeral. The ladies are rude & act as if you are bothering them. I will say the flowers delivered were beautiful even though the heart was not done in carnations like we requested. The prayer cards were nice but not worth the $ we paid for them. Think Staples could of done better & cheaper. When we received the program for review, it had a lot of errors simply bc they added things we didn't ask for. When we called to have the corrections done her attitude was nasty. We had to threaten to not pay in order to get a draft of the final program with the corrections made. I would rather pay more $ than deal w/their terrible attitudes. Will not use them again or send business there.

Wanted to give my wife flowers for our anniversary. What a let down! On the website it says as shown but look what I got. Flowers I didn’t order and a balloon that says happy birthday! Smh The only thing that was correct with the order was the card! What a let down smh!
