The product quality is very poor and overpriced. The items I purchased started falling apart even before I reached my destination. I returned to the store within 24 hours to address the issue and request a refund for the retun, but the experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. One of the staff members, Deepya, was rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling me that they “did not force me to buy the product” and that it was customer’s fault. I explained that had I known the product was faulty, I would never have purchased it in the first place. She also tried to manipulate me while on call with her Manager until she realized I speak the same language. Despite this, I was told they would only offer an exchange or store credit and refused a refund. It was only after speaking with the manager that a refund was finally issued. No issues with the Manager but overall, the store is overpriced, the staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional, and the product quality is very bad. I do not recommend this store unless it’s an absolute emergency and quality does not matter to you.
I am so disappointed in Vivek flowers. I had asked for a light pink garland and got hot pink instead. I would not order from them for your special day.
I've bought flowers here a number of times and while they are a bit pricey, the freshness have been pretty good. For example: I bought a small garland of jasmine flowers (packed very well) on Friday for a Monday puja. When I opened the flowers box, it was still pretty fresh. Not sure why so many hate in this comments section.
Best place to buy pooja items! Genuine products, affordable prices, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere. Everything is available in one place. Highly satisfied and strongly recommended.
Just been there it’s so nice that they opened a store here in Jerseycity for the Indian people who have to go all the way to Edison to get jasmine,Lilly and kinds of Indian flowers.They also have all other pooja stuff. They are very nice and answered all my questions
