Zero Stars We placed an order for funeral garlands with Vivek Flowers in Kendall Park during one of the hardest days of our lives. Despite explicitly requesting a call for pickup, no one bothered to contact us. This complete lack of communication and professionalism was not only unacceptable—it felt like a deep disregard for our emotional state during a time of mourning. The failure to meet such a basic service commitment added undue stress and heartache to an already painful day. We expected empathy and reliability, but what we received was a stark absence of both. We strongly caution others to consider this experience before trusting them with your sensitive needs.

Everything is available under one roof that is the advantage people going there but everything is pricey, we can find them cheaper at any Indian store. One of my bad experience was I wanted to exchange some puja items ( non perishable) that I bought by mistake earlier but they don’t allow even exchange. Really weird.

Good shop for flowers and other pooja items . We always buy jn Vivek’s Edison and happy to see them open a branch in south Brunswick . Nicely located right on rt 27.. parking is kinda not that good .. there are spots on the back side but it gets crowded on busy days . Price is a little high but we don’t buy these products everyday and hence it is fine . Customer service could be better . Love their products though . Good quality .. overall a good experience but could be better .

Generally avoid this place, though due to an emergency had to buy ‘fresh’ produce here recently. And it didn’t disappoint in the disappointment department. Banana leaves sold are yellow not green. Coming to the jasmine maalas, what can I say - they do not blossom whatever you do or even if you follow their instructions completely to the t. The buds remain as buds. And the maala that had semi-blossomed jasmines , they are also completely useless by the very next day, as they have withered and blackened. They spray preservatives and maintain the shelf life while stocked in the store. But soon as you bring home, they’re ready to be garbaged. I am sure many families who bought tons of jasmine boxes here can vouch for this disaster and disappointment. Not to mention, these ‘fresh’ produce are not cheap on the pockets btw. While at the route27 store, noticed that they’ve placed pooja flowers in the bathroom by the toilets. So much for a pooja samagri place ethics and piousness 😡. Oh lastly, the lady at the counter is quite a slippery street smart one. Tries to trick you into buying more perishable items. Also the bill is not itemized, only a total is shown. No way to verify if you’re being fleeced!

The shop is easy to find right on Route 27, though parking can get a bit busy sometimes, but there’s usually space around back. Prices are a little on the higher side, but the flowers and pooja stuff are great quality and authentic, so it feels worth it for special occasions.
