I’ve purchased flowers from Berlin Blossom Shoppe twice now. Once for pick up and once for delivery for sympathy and birthday flowers. The flowers were absolutely beautiful both times (exceeded expectations which is better than what I’ve experienced with other flower services), the staff was very friendly, and the delivery was on time (ordered the flowers just the day before the delivery).
I am pleased with the service. A little on the pricey side but I understand that's what they can get when it comes to a funeral. But when you have delivery taxes and a tip that's what made it pricey
I paid for the upgraded version of the first picture and was EXTREMELY disappointed with what my daughter received. I would have been happy if it looked semi like the first pic but there is more green filler than flowers. On the plus side delivery was fast.
Robin and staff did an amazing job on the center pieces for my daughter’s sweet 16! Not only did they deliver to the venue but they jumped right in an assisted with setup. Beyond happy with the flowers and customer service. Once again they knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend Berlin Blossom Shoppe!
What a disappointment. I ordered the "Rose Elegance Premium White Roses - Deluxe" arrangement for my boss, who had just lost her father. What was delivered looked nothing like the photo on their website. The arrangement was sparse, unimpressive, and far from “premium.” I paid nearly $200 expecting a full, lush bouquet like the one advertised. Instead, it looked like something thrown together last minute. When I called the shop to ask if maybe they sent the wrong version, I was told it was correct and that was the end of the conversation. No apology, no offer to make it right. Honestly, I’ve seen better bouquets at Costco for a third of the price. I will never order from this shop again. What a complete letdown during a sensitive time.
