Got a Bouquet of flowers for my birthday, upon arrival I noticed the roses were already withered. Within three days, the other flowers were literally dead and majority of them never bloomed. I was forced to toss them on the third day, so disappointed.
I live states away and wanted something special for my mom's retirement. I placed my order online but called for some help regarding the delivery time. The girl on the phone was so helpful and informative. She even helped me changed the address last minute to accommodate my mom's busy schedule that day. My mother says this is the most beautiful arrangement she has seen in her life and i would agree. We chose premium because I have trauma in the past from ordering elsewhere lol. This was more than I had hoped for. Thank you for creating something so special for my mom.
Decided to order from this store due to affordable prices and close location. Customers were friendly and flowers were ready on time…but some flowers were already going bad when i received it. I didn’t know much about flowers so i took it without knowing anything about it. Most of the flowers were good, employee had sprayed the flowers before handing me the flowers
