WOW really missed the mark on an arrangement that was just sent to me by my very thoughtful daughter for Mother’s Day. The arrangement was nothing that was advertised. I sent a picture to my daughter when they were just delivered and she sent me a picture of what it was supposed to be. I can’t understand how you can take the liberty to just make an arrangement the way you want and not what was purchased. We give you a lot of business and very disappointed this time. She is a college student and spent hard earned money to send something special and you sent plain boring.
Kiersten was amazing. She was extremely patient and helped me with a floral assignment that didn't have a clear vision, but with many pictures and references going back and forth with her and my client several times, we were able to come up with something that met client requests and came out beautiful in the process. Her professionalism and her ability to listen to detail really made the process for me much easier. They truly are the best in the business with years of experience and crafting beautiful floral pieces. Highly recommend working with Koch Florist.
Not only was the delivery right on time of my request, the florist went above and beyond what i was expecting when I placed my order! Needless to say she loved it! Highly recommend!
Thanks to the creativity and oversight of Kirsten and Jim, we had a spectacular baby shower for my daughter. The centerpieces and floral hoop were stunning and made my vision come to life. My husband always orders flowers for me at this florist. They always do beautiful arrangements and what I love is that they remove the.thorns from the roses. I'm am grateful for that.
