I am extremely disappointed with this experience. My chocolates were not delivered on Saturday as promised, and again they were not delivered today. There was no communication, no update, and no explanation. To make matters worse, I just noticed that a refund was issued yesterday without anyone contacting me. There was no notification, no follow-up, and no courtesy message advising me that the order would not be delivered. Simply issuing a refund without communication does not excuse the complete lack of professionalism. The no-show deliveries and poor customer service are unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and basic communication none of which were provided in this situation. Based on this experience, I would not support this company again, and I would not rely on them for special occasions. Reliability matters, especially when orders are time-sensitive.
Very good arrangements and she works with you when you bring her an idea or a picture she has a great eye. Highly recommend it!
The staff is amazing she actually put together the bouquet herself in front of me and it looks amazing definitely coming back here for fresh roses some other time it’s worth it way better than getting those stuff in a grocery store
The quality of the roses left us extremely satisfied. The arrangement was beautiful and simple, as I requested, but they made it incredibly elegant. I received many compliments when I traveled between states using both private and public transportation. Excellent service, the owner was very kind, and the prices were great.
