Roof was dripping everywhere. Probably because of the heavy snow lately. Such a nice view for a ShopRite. And is huge. Just came from Gincarrelis new location and Costco. Went to Marshall’s after.
Disappointed, worst ShopRite!! This store should be condemned. It’s a health hazard. Don’t shop here! Department of Health should visit and close down this place. Dirty water and buckets are everywhere dripping on food.
First time visiting this area, decided to make a stop here at this location, it is a very spacious Shop Rite, and fully stocked, alot of helpful employees and greeters when you enter, I like the bake sale that they have as well, it is also very organized, the only thing that was missing was the music on the radio's overhead, but overall, everything else is nice...
I would like to give a massive shout out to Lenny. This guy saved me so much time by helping me look for all the things that I can’t find this guy was standing in line ready to go home and overheard me having a conversation With another customer and he said come with me I’ll take you there. I told him that he would probably find it in two seconds we get to the aisle and he finds it right there right in front of my eyes. The point is is that he took time out of his day to help. I’m truly thankful for him and we need more people like that in this world. 5 stars Lenny!!!
I placed a pickup order expecting a quick and efficient process, but instead I ended up waiting over 50 minutes after arriving, yes over 50 minutes — completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. The one worker handling pickups was clearly overwhelmed but still polite and apologetic — he seemed to be the only person bringing out all the orders. This is not his fault, but a serious failure in staffing and management. If ShopRite wants customers to continue using their pickup service, they seriously need to improve organization and respect people’s time. Wasting nearly an hour of a customer’s time is not okay.
