Lidl

This place is SO disgusting. I was looking around the baked goods area now they had this little stand with donuts and cakes that were made elsewhere but they had them on display. I saw some pumpkin muffins I was going to buy them until I noticed mold on the top. So I figured I would put them back and just let someone know. I let someone know.. they said that they would take care of it. Now one thing I have learned about this place is their staff is rude and they dont follow up on anything. U have 3 nice cashiers Ashley she is so nice the other lady and a young man who is also nice. The rest of the staff can go scratch . Super rude. Especially that one manager I think it is he has a mustache I call him Mr. Personality.. anyway back to the muffins . So I told someone about it and I came back there like 4 days later I just happened to look at that stand again. AND I saw the same muffins still sitting there. But that is typical for this place there are no bags for the fruit and vegetables.. there are always leaks on the floor without any wet floor signs .. prices are always messed up. and things are usually either out dated or about to be. Especially if you go and look by that crappy deli meat that they have. Mr. Personality and his crew should be a little more aware of things that go bad and stop brininging out new product and check the older ones.

Worst customer service ever. Cashier, floor staff (hardly there to help you anyway) - all of them just so rude. Unfortunately been there a few times, every time, cashiers have no manner at all. The place has good stuff, they just need a good manager to train the employees.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews because I know everyone has good and bad days, but this has been a repeated issue with one of the cashiers at this location. There is a blonde cashier who often wears a hat (and sometimes a mask) at the front, and her attitude is consistently unprofessional. She speaks to customers with an irritated tone and seems bothered by basic interactions. During my most recent visit, she threw my receipt at me. That was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. If someone doesn’t want to work with the public, that’s understandable — but it’s not okay to take it out on customers. I hope management addresses this behavior, because it affects the whole shopping environment. I enjoy shopping at Lidl, but incidents like this make me reconsider.

Quite possibly the worst lidl I’ve been too. So disorganized, browning discolored meat and poultry . The store looked like something out of Covid days, bare shelves left and right. Maybe the thanksgiving holiday wiped out their inventory but the supermarket left little to be desired.

I liked this store. It was a little messy but it had everything I was looking for. I just wish there was more than one line to checkout at.
