I am more than satisfied with my experience with A Rose’s Petals. They have excellent customer service, I received a courtesy call regarding my order from a very nice and polite woman on the phone. They delivered beautiful flowers in an extreme timely fashion. The flowers are stunning, vibrant, and extremely high quality. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality of service and product you receive. They made themselves a life time customer in me and I will recommend their products and services to anyone who needs them. All of this in a time where (1) my significant other and I are going through a rough time and (2) living in a world where few people have passion, compassion, decent mannerisms, and do business properly they truly made my day and I couldn’t appreciate it more. Angie was very helpful in assisting me with getting an order sent out. I received the most beautiful arrangement for Valentines from this florist. I was so happy that my boyfriend supported a local business too. The young man who delivered flowers was so respectful and the packaging was perfect. Super happy I plan on using them in the future.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered some flowers on Feb 11 to be delivered on Valentine's day. On Feb 14, around 11am i decided to call to get details about the flowers, to know what time would be delivered. After several attempts, someone picked up the phone and in a unprofessional way said "Your order will be delivered this afternoon" without a specific hour. Around 3pm gave them a call again without success. Sent 3 emails asking them to cancel the order as they didnt answer the phone nor the email... Finally The flowers were delivered after 5pm and to make my experience even worse, it was something different from what was advertised. Photos added as a reference of what i ordered and whatever was delivered.
