Floristeria Mia

I bought roses as a gift for my wife for Valentine’s Day. She absolutely loved it! The box set was very well made with attention to detail, nice packaging and the teddy bear was a nice touch. She said it was very thoughtful and was beyond surprised. She has it displayed as a centerpiece in our living room. As for me the process was super convenient and easy. I placed the order over the phone having them demonstrate to me what the set would look like. They gathered some details from me such the person, address, and time it should be delivered. I wish I would had taken a picture of display but I highly recommend them!

Ordered my boyfriend an arrangement while I was away on vacation. The ordering process was smooth, over instagram. Only thing was I was quoted for three items on the arrangement, but on the day off I had to pay a bit.more as the lady hadnt included the chocolates in her original quote. Other than that service was great.

VERY unimpressed with Floristeria Mia. I am based out of Montreal, Canada and I was calling to place an order for one of our customers based in New Jersey. Immediately, as soon as the representative answered the phone, she was extremely rude but I ignored it. I explained that I wanted to order flowers to pay our respects and before I was finished explaining, the woman had hung up on me. Very unprofessional if you ask me, I definitely do not recommend purchasing from this florist.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I bought arrangements which were going to same place and got one arrangement. They said they would deliver it Tuesday and would make a fresh one. They sent the cheapest one they could make. Because they had to pay for an extra delivery even thought it was their fault. Take pictures of the arrangement before you leave the store so they can’t say that they provided what you paid for.
